My husband and I bought a Tempur Pedic Mattress from People's furniture. We couldn't be more pleased with the staff and how knowledgeable they are and helped us pick out the perfect mattress. The mattress was in stock and was able to be delivered the next day, the installation team was quick, polite and extremely professional.

Back pain lead us to People's Furniture Monday June 6, 2016. I was looking for a recliner that had great lumbar support. We were greeted by Jacob who showed us around. He directed me, based on my requests for lumbar support, to the chair that is now in my living room. We chatted for at least 15 minutes as I wanted to see how the chair fit my back over a period of time. We left and he put the chair on "hold.' I called him this morning (June 7) and purchased the chair. Of course I wanted in this afternoon. I had to leave at 1:30PM and he scheduled his delivery personnel to be at my house between 12 and 1PM. He and a delivery person arrived at my home at 12:15 PM. He didn't have a free delivery person so he came himself. That is customer service folks. Thanks Jacob. (this is not the first piece of furniture we have purchased from People's and won't be the last.)

Through my experience, I have found People's Furniture to be the best furniture store in the Tri-State. I was very satisfied with the customer service. All of my questions were answered and they helped me find the exact style of furniture I preferred for my home. I am extremely pleased with the quality of my Flexsteel sectional couch! My wife and I had an excellent mattress shopping experience here. Our salesman (Jesse) was incredibly knowledgeable on multiple brands and we did not feel pressured into an upsale of a higher priced brand. Once deciding on a mattress Jesse outfitted us with sheets and pillows and we could not be happier. We did not realize how many good nights of sleep we were missing out on until after our visit with People’s.
