Return Policy

-All custom ordered sales are finals. No cancellations. No returns.

-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

-Seller makes no warranties which extend beyond the descriptions of the goods on the face here of unless stated in writing.

-Special orders are accepted and placed subject to availability.

-Sales tax is payable on all purchases.

-Time of delivery of special orders is dependent upon factors beyond the control of the seller. Buyer agrees that said factors shall be no cause for buyer to claim breach by seller.

-If payment is not rendered subject to terms and conditions provided herein, People’s Furniture Mattress Outlet may employ an attorney to enforce its rights. If People's Furniture Mattress Outlet prevails, it shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees.
